What You’ll Do

Promote and present Impedyme’s cutting-edge electronic solutions to customers, showcasing key features, performance advantages, and application benefits.

Drive technical sales growth by partnering with Senior Account Executives to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within target industries and key accounts.

Lead technical sales processes — including bids, RFIs, and RFPs — ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with customer requirements.

Serve as the primary technical expert and trusted advisor for customers, providing pre-sales consultation, solution recommendations, and post-sales support.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, and operations) to deliver customized solutions that meet customer expectations.

Develop and deliver high-impact technical presentations, product demos, and proposals that effectively communicate Impedyme’s value proposition.

Collaborate with Product Management to align customer feedback and market insights with the company’s product roadmap and future innovations.

Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify emerging opportunities and areas for business expansion.

Translate complex technical requirements into practical, value-driven business solutions for B2B customers in the electronics sector.

Support strategic sales initiatives by contributing technical expertise and insight during account planning and opportunity development.

Deliver internal and external product training sessions, enhancing product understanding and sales effectiveness.

Represent Impedyme at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, building relationships and expanding market visibility.

Provide continuous feedback to senior leadership, helping shape sales strategy, pricing models, and go-to-market approaches.

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, problem resolution, and superior technical support.
