你的工作内容

  • Design and validate advanced closed-loop control algorithms for AC/DC, DC/DC, and DC/AC power conversion systems
  • Develop firmware-level control specifications for embedded and FPGA implementation
  • Model and simulate converter dynamics using MATLAB/Simulink and circuit simulation tools
  • Perform physics-based system identification and model validation
  • Design and tune closed-loop control strategies (current, voltage, power, and droop-based methods)
  • Execute laboratory-based hardware testing, debugging, and performance validation
  • Conduct prototype bring-up, control loop verification, and PCBA-level troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and performance requirements
  • Support manufacturing through development of automated test platforms and validation procedures
  • Analyze field performance data to improve controller robustness and system stability
  • Contribute to next-generation control architectures for high-bandwidth, high-power platforms

你的个人特质

Required

  • Bachelorabschluss in Elektrotechnik, Leistungselektronik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.

  • 5+ years of experience in power electronics control engineering (industry preferred)

  • Strong expertise in advanced control methods (PID, droop control), model-based design, and digital filtering (Biquad, IIR)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly technical development environments

Required Technical Skills

  • Lab Instrumentation:
    Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, power analyzers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, regulated power supplies, and multimeters

  • Power Converter Hardware:
    Experience with common converter topologies, control loop implementation, prototype bring-up, debugging, and PCBA-level troubleshooting

  • Software & Tools:
    Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink, HDL Coder, Workflow Advisor, and model-based auto-code generation for embedded and FPGA targets

 

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) or real-time simulation platforms

  • VHDL or FPGA design exposure

  • Electric machine modeling and control expertise

  • Battery energy storage systems or electrified powertrain experience
